Cooking/prep time: 1.5 hrs

2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp turmeric
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tbs honey
12 chicken tenderloins, trimmed
2 lime wedges
12 bamboo skewers (soaked in water)

½ cup chunky natural peanut butter
½ cup Anathoth Farm Sweet Chilli Relish
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
¾ cup coconut cream




  1. In a bowl place the chicken, honey, turmeric, oil and garlic. Allow to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
  2. For the satay place all the ingredients into a small bowl and stir till well combined.
  3. Once the chicken has marinated, thread the tenderloin onto the skewer. On a medium heat, cook the skewers till a dark brown colour on each side. Approx 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Once all skewers are cooked serve immediately with a drizzle of the satay sauce and lime wedges.
