Serves: 2
Easy
Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

2 heaped cups of ice
30ml Frangelico
45ml tequila (I like Patrón)
30ml vodka (I like Grey Goose)
60ml freshly brewed and cooled espresso
6 coffee beans
70% dark chocolate, to serve

METHOD:

  1. Chill two martini glasses by adding half the ice to the glasses.

  2. Combine the remaining ice, the Frangelico, Patrón, vodka and espresso in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds.

  3. Discard the ice from the glasses. Strain the martini into the chilled glasses. Top with 3 coffee beans and serve with dark chocolate.

If you don't have a cocktail shaker, use a large tightly sealed jar, or stir everything in a jug...but cocktails shakers are way cooler.
