BLOOD ORANGE CARAMEL SAUCE

 
 

Makes 2 cups

INGREDIENTS:
125g butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups blood orange juice
1 tsp salt

 

METHOD:

  1. In a saucepan over a low heat melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and stir till the sugar is dissolved and mix is bubbling. Add the juice and salt. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
